As the modern world evolves, and forces us to spend long hours in front of a computer, desk or steering wheel, our approach to physical exercise and personal training must evolve as well. In order for our clients to look better and feel better, we use a combination of stretches and strengthening exercises that counter the bad habits of the typical workday. Years of experience have taught us the importance in doing every exercise correctly and safely. Many of the clients that we work with come to us in physical distress, some in serious pain. Often times these problems, such as lower back pain or neck stiffness, are caused by a lack of movement or range of motion in certain areas. By working on flexibility in certain areas, individuals can often reduce or rid themselves of the pain they originally felt. In turn, this flexibility will almost immediately help to improve posture. When an individual has proper posture it means that the body is in good alignment. Body alignment allows the human body to run more efficiently, while taking added pressure off of the joints.
